Ordering Process
Once a customer has approved the final proof of their order, the order will be submitted for printing. Printing will not begin until Maximum Media Group has received final payment for the order. The printing process generally lasts 3–5 business days, depending on the size of the order. Once the order has been printed and packaged, it will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Stock Designs
Selecting a Stock Design: Customers can choose from any of Maximum Media Group’s non-proprietary, existing designs, which are listed on our order form and available upon request.
Custom Designs
Submitting a Completed Design: Should a customer choose, they can submit a completed design of their choice which meets the size and graphics specifications for the product they are purchasing. Maximum Media Group will make any changes necessary to print the product and will submit the changes in a final proof to the customer for approval. The customer’s signature on the proof indicates final approval, after which time the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. After final approval is received, Maximum Media Group will process full payment for the order and submit it for production.
Submitting Artwork or Graphics: Customers can also work with Maximum Media Group’s design team to develop their custom signs. In this case, the customer submits artwork or graphics to the design team as well as any text and general layout requests. The design team will develop a proof for the customer’s approval within three (3) business days of receipt of the artwork. The customer’s signature on the proof indicates final approval, after which time the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. After final approval is received, Maximum Media Group will process full payment for the order and submit it for production.

Graphics Specifications: Maximum Media Group is equipped to accept graphics in nearly any standard format (.jpeg, .gif, .tif). Customers are encouraged to submit graphics that meet the following resolution standards:
- Window Screen 8” x 8”: 576 x 576 dpi
- Window Screen 12” x 12”: 864 x 864 dpi
- Window Screen Full Size: 3000 x 1600 dpi
- Wall Screen 3’ x 4’: 3000 x 2000 dpi
If the graphics submitted by the customer are not of sufficient resolution to support the size of the product ordered, Maximum Media Group will contact the customer and request a different graphic. If the customer requests that Maximum Media Group use the image although it is of low resolution, Maximum Media Group will not be held responsible for any abnormalities in the appearance of the final display that result from the quality of the artwork.

Designs for Maximum Media Group Affiliates
If an organization enters into an affiliate agreement with Maximum Media Group (see Agreements section), we will work with them to design one or several custom designs which will be made available to their members. Their members may order any of these designs as stock designs. Should an individual member or chapter of the organization choose to modify this design, their new product would be considered a custom design and would be priced accordingly.

Design Content Restrictions
Copyright Restrictions: Maximum Media Group will not print copyrighted material unless the customer owns the right to the material. By submitting artwork or images for a custom design, the customer is acknowledging that they have the rights to reproduce that artwork or image.
Content Restrictions: The user agrees not to submit, design, upload, generate, or create any products with language, words, text, phrases, or slogans including, but not limited to, text, data, photos, graphics, or any of these elements as a design for products available through Maximum Media Group that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, tortious, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another’s rights, including but not limited to rights of celebrity, privacy, and intellectual property rights. Maximum Media Group reserves the right to refuse to print custom designs which violate any of the above standards.

Payment
Credit Card: Customers who wish to pay for their orders with a credit card must contact Maximum Media Group via telephone with the payment information so the order can be processed.
PayPal: Customers may pay for their orders through PayPal. Specific account information for Maximum Media Group will be provided during the ordering process.

Product Returns or Exchanges
Maximum Media Group does not accept returns of custom orders, as each item is printed uniquely for the customer. If an item in the order is damaged upon arrival, Maximum Media Group will provide a replacement upon the return of the damaged item. Items that are damaged through inappropriate use or faulty application will not be replaced.
