Products Faqs:
- Can I customize a product design? Yes. Each of our products can be customized with your digital artwork, graphics, and text.
- Can I apply the product to my window or wall myself? Yes. Each product comes with installation instructions in the package. Customers may find that it is easier to have the full-window displays applied at a tint or sign shop for a small price.
- Will my window display be damaged if my car is left in the rain or snow? No. Each of our window screens is guaranteed to last for one year once applied to the vehicle, regardless of the weather conditions.
- Is there a special procedure to remove a display from my window or wall? No. You can peel the sign off in seconds, no matter how large or small. Our advanced technology allows us to produce durable signs that will not damage the underlying surface in any way for one year after application and can be quickly removed by the user.
- Once I have removed my sign, can I reapply it to another window or wall? Because of their advanced safety and ease of use features, our window displays cannot be reapplied once removed. However, our wall displays can be reapplied up to 10 times without damage.
- Can I apply a window display to a tinted window? Yes. The display will not harm the tint on your windows or sunglasses during the year-long guaranteed period.
Designing and Ordering FAQ’s
- Can I submit any artwork or picture for my sign? Yes, so long as it does not violate the content or copyright restrictions Maximum Media Group has set. Outside these restrictions, Maximum Media Group accepts any digital image, including photographs, digital of personal artwork, or computer-generated graphics.
- Can someone help me design my product? Yes. Our design team at Maximum Media Group is ready to work with you to design your custom product with artwork and text that you submit or to help you develop artwork and text.
- After I place my order, how long will it be until I receive my product? Once a customer has approved the final proof of their product and completed payment, the printing process takes 3–5 business days. As soon as an order is printed, Maximum Media Group will ship it to the customer, which can take up to 5 business days depending on the method of shipment chosen. A customer should receive their completed order within 10 business days.
- Can I send payment for my product after I receive it? No. Maximum Media Group requires that all orders be paid for in full before they will be shipped to the customer.
- Can I submit an order form electronically? Yes. Order forms are available upon request to orders@maximummediagroup.com or on our website at www.maximummediagroup.com. Completed forms can be emailed to the same address for processing.ASD

Product Pricing FAQ’s
- Can I get a bulk discount for my order if it contains 250 total items but not all the same kind of item? No. An order only qualifies for the bulk discount if there are at least 250 of a single item included in the order. At that level, each of those 250 items will be discounted at 4% each. Other items in the order will not receive the discount.
- My national organization has created several designs, but I would like to customize one of them. Can I get stock pricing on my custom versions? No, the only designs which receive stock pricing are those which the national organization created. You are welcome to customize them to meet your specific goals, but the custom designs will not qualify for stock pricing.
- What is the bulk discount if I want to order more than 10,000 items? Please contact Maximum Media Group at 888-871-1756 or orders@maximummediagroup.com for more information.

Shipping FAQ’s
- Can Maximum Media Group charge my UPS account for the shipping costs? No. The cost of shipping is included in the total cost of the product upon order, and so Maximum Media Group does not ship under other accounts.
- What if a product is damaged in shipping? If the product itself is damaged, Maximum Media Group will provide a replacement product free of charge upon return of the original. If the packaging alone is damaged, Maximum Media Group will not replace the product.
